Hi, I'm Heidi
I struggled for DECADES with PMDD symptoms – depression, self-loathing, feelings of worthlessness, unexpected rage – so I know how lonely it can feel when you’re thoroughly miserable, no one really gets it or you find it hard to talk about, even though you KNOW the storm will pass when your period arrives.
That’s why I’m so passionate to help other PMDD Warriors to get off the “hormotional” rollercoasters. There’s no reason for you to suffer for years like I did, when I have a long history of personal experience and professional skills to help hone on in exactly what it is YOU need to lighten the monthly turmoil.
I am a firm believer body-mind medicine, meaning that balancing your body’s biochemistry - with nutrition and natural medicines - has a powerful positive impact on your mental and emotional wellbeing.
But sometimes that’s not enough. Over the years of managing my symptoms before I had even heard of PMDD, I found great solace in exploring emotional & spiritual realms that helped me to learn and accept more about myself, and heal traumas and energetic blocks that I didn’t even know had anything to do with PMDD.
That’s why I was so excited to meet Amy & create this holistic approach – because PMDD is complex and needs a multi-disciplinary approach in managing it effectively.
