Hi, I'm Heidi
I struggled for DECADES with PMDD symptoms – depression, self-loathing, feelings of worthlessness, unexpected rage – so I know how lonely it can feel when you’re thoroughly miserable, no one really gets it or you find it hard to talk about, even though you KNOW the storm will pass when your period arrives.
That’s why I’m so passionate to help other PMDD Warriors to get off the “hormotional” rollercoasters. There’s no reason for you to suffer for years like I did, when I have a long history of personal experience and professional skills to help hone on in exactly what it is YOU need to lighten the monthly turmoil.
I am a firm believer body-mind medicine, meaning that balancing your body’s biochemistry - with nutrition and natural medicines - has a powerful positive impact on your mental and emotional wellbeing.
But sometimes that’s not enough. Over the years of managing my symptoms before I had even heard of PMDD, I found great solace in exploring emotional & spiritual realms that helped me to learn and accept more about myself, and heal traumas and energetic blocks that I didn’t even know had anything to do with PMDD.
That’s why I have created an holistic program – because PMDD is a complex brute and needs a multi-disciplinary approach in managing it effectively. Frequently Asked Questions
When does the program start, and how long does it run for?
We start in the week of March 4, and we'll be together for 8 weeks, until April 26. You will have six months of access to all of the program materials, community and live session recordings
How much time will I need to set aside for this each week?
There will be some online content for you to work through in your own time, which could take up to 1-2 hours each week, plus one live session that will be 30-60min each week. Remember, you also have 6 months in total to catch up on anything you don't fit into the 8-week time frame.
What day and time will the weekly live sessions be?
Once everyone is enrolled and we know what time zones everyone will be tuning in from, we will create a poll and decide on a time and day that best suits everyone, or most people. If the time zones are very challenging to meet, we will alternate times every second week
What if I can't make the live sessions?
If you can't make the live sessions, they will be recorded and I highly encourage you to watch the replays and complete the activities or "homework" as these will be instrumental to your healing process
Will healing from PMDD really only take 8 weeks?
Deep healing is a life-long journey. You will come out of this program empowered with knowledge and strategies to last a long time & set yourself on a solid path toward healing. You will be invited at the end of our 8 weeks to continue to implement the learnings with ongoing integration/coaching sessions, for a low monthly fee.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the program, refunds will not be offered after you have had access to the program materials, except in extenuating circumstances
Are supplements or other natural medicines included?
No, but if you add on a 1:1 consultation, Heidi may prescribe you a personalized treatment plan at an extra fee, with a special program discount for you
I am taking prescription medications, can I still participate in this program or will it interfere with my medications?
Great question! The program is focused primarily on nutrition and lifestyle medicine which is unlikely to interfere with your medications. If you have concerns, please feel free to bring them up in one of the Q&A sessions with Heidi.
Dietary differences or preferences: I am vegan/paleo/gluten-free/dairy-free/carnivore and/or I have food allergies or intolerances, and/or I follow religious eating guidelines - will I have to eat everything in the program?
The program doesn't include a prescriptive "diet". rather it offers nutritional guidelines that are completely modifiable according to your needs and preferences.
What do you mean "Self-Love and Your Soul"? Is this some kind of anti-religious witchy woo-woo BS?
I am completely respectful of anyone's religious beliefs and I don't intend to indoctrinate you into any particular way of thinking or believing. At their core, religions promote LOVE. Love and kindness toward each other, our habitation, the higher power (whatever you prefer to call it) and for ourselves. I believe that in loving & caring for yourself you are better positioned to make a positive difference to those around you, as well as enhance your own experience of life. That's all!
